Image
Unlocking Happiness: The Magic of Gratitud e   In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life, often focusing on what we lack rather than what we have. However, cultivating a practice of gratitude can be a powerful tool for self-healing and personal growth. Gratitude is more than just saying "thank you." It's a deep appreciation for the positive aspects of life, including the people, experiences, and even challenges that contribute to our growth. This mindset shift can change how we perceive our circumstances, enhancing our well-being and overall outlook on life. It helps in - Improved Mental Health: Regularly practicing gratitude has been linked to lower levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. It encourages a positive focus, helping to reframe negative thoughts and reducing the tendency to dwell on what's lacking. Aim To Wish

Aim To Wish Dreams are  something you imagine and can take on any form whereas Goals are actions.  For various reasons, we used to throw or freeze away our dreams. Some people give up their aspirations in order to support their family; this is particularly common in Indian society, where family is valued more than individuality. Reaching your personal objectives is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Whether your dreams are big or tiny, they can help you reach your goals. When we dream about our desires, we all cling to a well-known quote from Paulo Coelho, “When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you achieve it.”Indeed, it is accurate. I used to abide by a few tips that you should consider in order to fulfill your dreams. First, decide what your goals are and be focused. Second, list your goals in a journal or piece of paper. Third, read it aloud every day to help you stay motivated. Fourth, take action toward achieving your goals.  This is really beneficia

WHOM SHOULD I BE!

WHAT IS YOUR DREAM?                                                                                                                                                   BE THAT ONE WHOM YOU WANT TO BECOME....... From a young age onwards, we have dreams. Some may be accomplished or possibly changed. At a younger age, if you ask a boy, whom should you want to become? The boy replies that he wants to be a spiderman or any fantacy-related character. If the same question is raised to a teenage boy he replies, Doctor, Engineer, etc. Ambitions change according to the circumstance. Have you ever noticed a person asking himself this question when he is young!? NO, for the most part. Because society has raised this question. We primarily satisfy the needs for the society. Society determines who I should be or become. Again, a question: to be or to become? Be is the shortest and simplest way to form a person, whereas become is the journey to your goal. Before, everything was done to find answers to

Me or I?

BEFORE I BEGIN, I'D LIKE TO ASK SOME INTERESTING QUESTIONS.                    Who do you believe you are? ARE YOU AN 'I' OR 'ME' PERSON? Is that me and I both similar? Does that seem like a selfish pronoun? "I" am more empathetic when alone. "Me" is sympathetic to being in a group. I am a person. Because I love myself for who I am. Treat yourself as a king or a queen when you have time. It is better to spend some time with yourself than with your leisure group. Give some care for your body, make a good routine, go on a solo date, sit alone for yourself, and do whatever you feel to keep calm and aesthetic. It is hard for many of us to sit alone. People now term it "I am feeling depressed or sad." See, there comes the term I. How ideally it came. "I" is you can alone give love to yourself. In this fast- paced life many of us do not getting time for ourselves but somehow we give time for others. This way, "I" can give
